Non-ASECAP Member 1030 €
Speaker & Moderator (ASECAP Member) 750 €
Speaker & Moderator (Non-ASECAP Member) 850 €
Accompanying person 300 €


Important notes about the fees:

- All above price are VAT excluded (VAT=21%)

- All delegates, except the accompanying person:
     * included in the fee: two-day participation in sessions, Welcome Reception (23/11), ASECAP Days Dinner (24/11), 2 lunches (24&25/11), conference documents
     * excluded from the fee: accommodation

- Accompanying person:
     * included in the fee: Welcome Reception (23/11), ASECAP Days Dinner (24/11), 2 lunches (24&25/11)
     * excluded from the fee: accommodation
        The accompanying person has no access to sessions.

The above-mentioned registration link is the same to be used for all delegates.

As soon as a person has been confirmed as speaker or moderator, (s)he will receive a CODE from the ASECAP Secretariat in order to proceed her/his online registration to the ASECAP Days. If the person has made her/his registration (therefore paying the delegate fee) before being confirmed as speaker or moderator, then (s)he will be reimbursed the difference between the delegate fee and the speaker/moderator fee.

During the registration process, it will be possible for a person to register a group of persons at the same time.

Payment:

The payment is to be settled upon registration. If payment is not made, your registration will NOT be confirmed. Payment must be made in Euro (€).

By credit card: during the registration process

By bank transfer: once you have completed the registration process, you will receive by email a confirmation that they have well received your registration, and you will receive as attachment to this email the invoice to be paid. Please note that your registration will be confirmed only once you have settled your invoice.


Cancellation policy for the registration fees:
Cancellations received until 20 September 2022 included: Full refund minus a EUR 50.00 administration fee
Cancellations received between 21 September 2022 and 20 October 2022: 50% refund minus a EUR 50.00 administration fee
Cancellations received from 21 October 2022 onwards: no refund
