Important notes

An exhibition will be held during the 52nd ASECAP Days at the NH Collection Madrid Eurobuilding. All coffee breaks and the Welcome Reception will take place in the exhibition area.

It shall take place on Monday 26 May 2025 from 19.00 to 21.00 as part of the Welcome Reception. This opening will be a not-to-be-missed-out opportunity for exhibitors to meet with potential and prospective customers. Face-to-face interaction is of paramount importance to your business activity and exhibiting at the ASECAP Days can be an integral and effective part of your sales and marketing strategy.

If you would like to participate in the conference as an exhibitor, the rental fee for a stand is:

6,000 € + 20 % VAT.
