He was Project Manager in Sadelmi Cogepi (a General Electric Company) for the realization of Thermal Electrical Plants in Egypt, Project Manager of the Portello Project for Fiera Milano and, as General Director of the Sviluppo Sistema Fiera belonging to the Fiera Milano Group, Project Director of the New Exhibition Centre of Fiera Milano-Rho/Pero.

He was General Director of Consorzio Città della Salute, della Ricerca e della Didattica. Guy is French. He has been involved in project financing and PPPs since the early 1990s. He spent ten years in London, first with Société Générale where he was involved in several power and transport projects in the UK, Spain and Asia. He subsequently joined the European Investment Bank, at first in London, working on a wide variety of PPP/PFI projects in transport in the UK and the Netherlands and later in Rome where he was in charge of project financing / PPP transactions in Italy and Greece.

In September 2010, Guy joined the European PPP Expertise Centre as a principal adviser. EPEC was set up as an initiative of the EIB and the EU Commission dedicated to the promotion of PPPs across the Europe. He leads EPEC’s work on a wide range of PPP topics such as financing.

Guy Frémont holds a master in electrical engineering from the Ecole Supérieure d’Electricité (SUPELEC) of Paris, in 1982. He spent the first 10 years of his career in the aerospace and defence industry, designing and developing radio navigation and guidance systems for the civil aviation and defence engines.

In 1992 he joined the toll motorway sector, where he took various positions as R&D Manager and Projects manager, responsible of coordination and management of the development and implementation of tolling systems, traffic management, road safety and travellers’ information systems.

He works with sanef since July 2007 as Head of Unit Innovative Solutions at the Technology and Systems Division. In May 2015 he is appointed Head of Department Prospective and Transverse Projects, in charge of designing and managing research and development activities, coordinating the technological follow up of ITS products and services for the group’s businesses. He is also coordinating studies and deployment of the technical systems on the motorway network in operation as well as in the framework of development projects for the sanef group.

Antonio García has a Civil Engineering background with an¡ MSc in Transportation. He joined Cintra in 1999 as Project Manager in the Business Development Department where he took part in the preparation of several highways, high speed train, light rail and airports in Spain, UK, France, Italy, Ireland, Australia, etc.

In 2003 he moved to Bristol (UK) to act as Strategic Planning Manager in Bristol Airport and in 2005 when he returned to Spain as Project Director in the Business Development Department was active in projects in USA and Northern Europe such as the acquisition of the Indiana Toll Road and the financial closing of the M3 in Ireland.

Since 2006 was part of the Technical Department coordinating the O&N and T&R areas and from 2010 was Cintra’s Technical Director for Europe and New Markets.

In 2015 was appointed Head of Technology & Innovation to promote new methods to create value to the company.

Mr. Marko Jandrisits is leading the ASECAP Permanent Committee on ITS and Innovation is employed by ASFINAG the Austrian Operators of the High Level Road Network as Program Manager for Cooperative Systems and Services. He is Co-Chair of the Amsterdam Group and delegate to several national and international ITS related bodies like the C-ITS Deployment Platform, ETSI, CEN and CEPT.

Mr. Jandrisits graduated from the University of Applied Sciences Wr. Neutstadt for Interdisciplinary Management as “Diplom-Ingenieur (FH)”. Since 2000 he worked as Project Manager in the field of Transport and Traffic Telematics and was responsible for the development and implementation of numerous projects in transports, logistics and information technologies for ESA, EC and on national level. Stephan Koesling was appointed the Head of Strategic Planning at Toll Collect in 2012. Together with his team, he is conducting analysis and evaluations to support all aspects of the strategic management processes within Toll Collect.

Prior to joining Toll Collect Stephan worked for the German TÜV NORD AG, leading the Strategy and Business Development of the newly set up aerospace business. Before that Stephan served 12 years in the German Navy as a Tornado Jet-Pilot in the rank of a lieutenant. Stephan has working experience in the USA, Singapore and Spain. He studied education and economics, and holds an Executive MBA degree from ESCP Europe, Paris.

He is responsible for internal market and social issues in commercial road transport, as well as for all aspects related to road charging. Libor Lochman has been Executive Director of the Community of European Railway and Infrastructure Companies (CER) since January 1st 2012. Libor Lochman, born in 1963 in Czechoslovakia, graduated at the Transport University in Zilina and has a doctorate in electronics from the West-Bohemian University Plzen. He has a strong background in Control-Command and signalling systems.

Prior to his role as CER Deputy Executive Director and leader of technical affairs (2007-2011), he acted as director of the Railway Test Centre, a facility for testing European rolling stock, infrastructure and signalling components, in Prague (2000-2005).
