The first day of discussions (Monday 27 May) will be marked by subsequent plenary sessions with a full day of expert presentations followed by questions and answers on subjects falling under the responsability of ASECAP's different Permanent Committees (COPERs). On the second half-day (Tuesday 28 May), the various developments in the EU road transport sector will be examined from a truly political angle.

Dubrovnik is known to be one of the nicest coastal cities, surrounded by beautiful islands. What better way to discover the beautiful coastline than travelling on a ship? Enjoy the fantastic views with a great Croatian dinner and a selection of wines and beers while cruising along the coast.

Two new elements are to be highlighted concerning the accompanying person's programme: Firstly, the cost of the lunches of Monday and Tuesday is now included in the fees. Accompanying persons will have their lunches with the delegates at the Congress venue (Valamar Lacroma Hotel). Secondly, the second 1/2 day Dubrovnik Tour on Monday 27 May is kept optional and is therefore excluded from the fees. However, as in the previous years, accommodation remains excluded from the fees.
